How it works

From first call to first scorecard in 90 days.

Every engagement follows the same path. The pace and depth flex to your situation.

The path

Five steps, start to rhythm.

  1. Step 1 · 30 minutes

    Call

You describe the situation. Finesse tells you what she would do first and whether ScalePath is the right fit. No preparation, no pitch.

  2. Step 2 · 30 days, or one week

    Diagnostic or scoping

If the problem is not yet clear, the 30-Day People Diagnostic produces the assessment and roadmap. If it is clear, we go straight to a proposal.

  3. Step 3 · One week

    Proposal and SOW

Three options, one recommendation, and terms you can read in ten minutes. Fixed fee, named deliverables, a six-month term.

  4. Step 4 · Days 1 to 90

    First 90 days

Listen and prioritize, design and build, then embed and measure. The people roadmap is approved by day 60 and running by day 90.

  5. Step 5 · Ongoing

    Monthly rhythm

A weekly working session, a monthly scorecard and review, a quarterly board update, and a six-month readout with a recommendation on the long-term model.

Operating model

How the engagement runs.

ScalePath operating model
CapacityTen to twenty hours a week depending on the option, reviewed at the monthly scorecard.
Executive accessA member of the leadership team with direct access to the CEO and visibility to the sponsor.
CadenceWeekly working session with the CEO, monthly scorecard and review, quarterly board update.
Onsite presenceOn an agreed cadence, and always for leadership offsites, integration kickoffs, and restructures.
DeliveryStrategy through implementation. We write the bands, train the managers, and deliver the scorecard.
TransparencyYou see the plan, the hours, and the risks. Bad news arrives early and in person.
ConfidentialityEmployee data stays inside your systems. Nothing identifiable leaves the business.

What we need

Your side of the deal.

  • 1One executive sponsor, usually the CEO, who owns the relationship.
  • 2Access to leadership, data, and systems within ten days of kickoff.
  • 3An internal coordinator for scheduling and document gathering.
  • 4Specialist partners engaged when needed: employment counsel, benefits, HR technology.
  • 5Decisions within ten business days, so the plan does not stall on approval.

Thirty minutes. No pitch.

Tell Finesse what is going on. You will leave with a clear read on the situation and what she would do first, whether or not you work with ScalePath.
